UCR Library
As the User Experience Designer for UCR Library, I moved them from an out-dated homegrown CMS with over 2,000 pages and 12 built in apps to a streamlined and simplified responsive Drupal site. My work included surveying, site mapping, wire framing, prototyping, user testing, and iterative design.
I created workflows and applications for departments library-wide. With the assistance of UCR’s IT team, I moved the organization from 43 homegrown apps to less than 10 by reimagining processes, workflows, projects and documentation.
I also served as their Digital Asset Management System expert, working through issues of preserving and presenting complex digital objects.
